About the Role
Revolution Learning is seeking a Lead Computer Science Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Brooklyn, NY for the upcoming school year. This teacher will lead engaging, hands-on technology courses across multiple grade levels, helping students develop practical digital and computer skills in a supportive classroom environment.
Courses include:
- 8th Grade: Google Workspace
- 6th & 7th Grade: Coding
- This role can be combined with a High School Shark Tank Teacher position, which meets on Mondays and Tuesdays, for candidates seeking additional hours.
Details:
Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 2:25 - 4:00 PM (2 periods each day)
Location: In-person, Brooklyn partner schools
Pay: $80 per period
Requirements:
Friendly, reliable, and proactive
Interest in education and technology
Experience working with students (preferred)
Background in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
